Founder, Opal Bloom Advisory

I’m the founder of Opal Bloom Advisory, a consulting practice dedicated to helping mission-driven leaders bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their work.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked alongside executives, nonprofits, and public sector organizations often behind the scenes helping translate vision into operational reality. My career has taken me across healthcare, higher education, labor organizations, and economic development, where I’ve supported leadership teams navigating complex initiatives and organizational change.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I supported executive leadership at Seattle Children’s Hospital, helping coordinate operations across multiple clinical teams during one of the most challenging moments in modern healthcare. Experiences like that shaped how I approach my work today: calm in complexity, focused on solutions, and committed to building systems that help leaders move forward.

Through Opal Bloom Advisory, I partner with founders, executive directors, and small teams who are navigating growth, transition, or operational challenges. My work focuses on strengthening internal systems, clarifying strategy, and helping organizations build the structure they need to grow with confidence.

Originally from New York City and now based in the Pacific Northwest, I’m also a wife and mother of four. That perspective grounds my work and reminds me that the organizations we build ultimately exist to serve people and communities.
