Originally from New York City and now proudly rooted in the Pacific Northwest, I bring over a decade of cross-sector experience in business operations, executive leadership support, project management, and nonprofit administration. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside senior executives, board members, and mission-driven teams to create lasting operational improvements and fuel organizational growth.

My professional journey spans nonprofit organizations, healthcare systems, and small businesses, where I specialized in building internal infrastructure, optimizing workflows, leading strategic initiatives, and strengthening leadership capacity. As an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager supporting multiple C-suite leaders, I developed a passion for organizational excellence — driving projects that improved efficiency, enhanced collaboration, and scaled impact.

In every role, my focus has been clear: empower teams to thrive through intentional systems, compassionate leadership, and smart, sustainable growth.

My entrepreneurial leap into founding Opal Bloom Advisory was fueled by a desire to create something greater — a legacy rooted in service, ownership, and generational wealth.
